We Are Never Alone

We may experience times in our lives where we feel abandoned or alone. You could be in one right now.

Perhaps it was in childhood from the loss of a parent through death or divorce; after the end of a friendship you held dear; or during your marriage when your spouse was seldom home because work or personal interests kept them away. Nursing home residents may feel abandoned when placed there against their will, because they can no longer live alone. The promised visits are not fulfilled and loneliness sets in.

Regardless of the circumstances I have great news to share with you! We never have to feel alone or abandoned again. Take God at His Word as is written in Hebrews 13:5, I will never leave you nor forsake you.

I pray you fully absorb this truth deep within your heart and mind. You are never alone, and will never be abandoned again. Take comfort in Scriptures such as James 4:8, Come near to God, and God will come near to you.”

He loves you so much. He longs to fill the empty spaces in your heart so you never feel abandoned for any reason ever again.

Thank you Lord for Your promise that You will never leave or abandon me. I can always count on Your presence because You are with me for eternity.

  1. Words to live by! And portions from some of my favorite scriptures in Isaiah 43: I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine…When thou passest through the wasters, I will be with thee…I have loved thee…Fear not: for I am with thee… SO glad that He never leaves us to face life alone!

    • Thank you for reading my post and commenting. We’ve both had times in our lives where we felt alone,
but God was always there to comfort us. Then one day, He crossed our paths so we
could meet. Now we have God and each other so we’re greatly blessed. We can relate to those who feel
alone, and pray they receive the comfort He provides.
