Have you ever needed help but didn’t ask? You assumed someone would come along to help. Did you ask God in prayer for help? You may not realize but He’s waiting to bless you with whatever you’re in need of. Speak up and tell Him, “Lord, I need your help today.” Don’t be shy, tell Him specifically what you need. This is an opportunity to build up your faith by believing He will come through for you.
Remain steadfast while waiting for the Lord’s help. He is the God of suddenly, but other times He has us wait. Jesus said in Mark 11:24. “Whatever things you ask for when you pray, believe that you will receive them, and you will have them.”
Keep declaring out loud, “Lord, I believe the help I need is on its way. I’m trusting You to come through for me because I believe I will receive what I asked for in prayer.”
This may be a whole new way of praying for you but I encourage you to look up Scriptures that pertain to your need. The Bible contains over 7000 promises so there’s plenty to claim for yourself. Write down the ones you find and read them over and over until they’re deposited in your heart and mind. God’s Word is true and everything He does is right.
I thank you Lord for the Bible and all the promises it contains. I don’t have to assume help is coming. I can speak up and ask You for whatever help I need, knowing it’s on its way. Amen
