God Said, “I Will……” Believe Him!

I love spending time with the Lord and reading my Bible.  While reading, I began to underline verses that contain: I will, God will, He will etc. Those words prompted me to write, God Said, “I WILL” Promise Book. The Bible is filled with over 7000 promises, which enabled me to include many promises under devotion topics in my book.

Today’s Scripture image is taken from Hebrews 13:5-6. Notice what God said in His promise. He gives hope and encouragement for times we feel alone, and when circumstances have us fearful.  Another great promise is found in 2 Corinthians 6:18: “I will be a Father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” Let’s read more of God’s promises found in the Bible

Ability: “My name is the Lord, All Powerful. I will give you the words I want you to say. I will cover you with my hands and protect you.” Isaiah 51:15-16

God’s Presence: “You shall seek Me and find Me, when you shall search for me with all your heart. I will be found by you” says the Lord. Jeremiah 29:13

Healing:  “I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears. I will heal you.” 2 Kings 20:5

Protection: “Because he loves me,” says the Lord. “I will rescue him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and show my salvation.” Psalm 91:14-16

Provision: “My God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19

Strength: “So don’t worry, because I am with you. Don’t be afraid, because I am your God. I will make you strong and will help you; I will support you with my right hand that saves you.” Isaiah 41:10

Wisdom: “But if any of you needs wisdom, you should ask God for it. He is generous to everyone and will give you wisdom without criticizing you.” James 1:5

There are promises in God’s Word for whatever comes our way. After a promise is found, we must claim it as own, then declare and speak it out loud. Remember; when God’s Word is spoken out of our mouths, His Word does not return empty. They make the things happen that He wants to happen, and they succeed in doing what He sends them to do. (Read Isaiah 55:11).

Dear Lord, I pray today’s message gives hope and encouragement to those reading it. That they will see for themselves the,“God will, He will, I will…..” promises found in the Bible and claim them as their own. And be astonished to witness the promises fulfilled in Your time and way. Thank You, Lord, for all these promises! Amen
